Job Responsibilities : 1. Project Construction Planning & reporting
2. Identification of gaps in execution against plan and report
3. Establish cadence and ensure regular progresss is reported for
actionable
4. Implement and maintain cost controls on project
5. Ensure compliace to Governance, Quality standaards and Safety
6. Identify problems and resolve from time to time
7. Review Resource effectiveness and suggest coure correction
BE-Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, E&C preferred
Experience Requirement :5 - 8 years
Skills & Competencies : 1.Domain Knowledge :
Has broad understanding of technologies, technicalities and tools used.
Can guide the team members
2.Project Management :
Reviews the base line Schedule and adheres to it. Highlights and
estimates key resource requirements well in advance; anticipates key
risks and takes steps to manage them.
3.People Management :
Fosters team sprit. Effectively manages team and ensures team members
perform up-to expectations. Resolves conflicts.
4.Communication :
Effective Written & Verbal communication required for completion of task
and presentation of same
5.Commercial Acumen : Budgeting, Costing, Quantity Estimations and
Certification Quality, Safety & RJIL Values
