Incharge Civil Construction
Technical Supervision:
Ensure civil construction work aligns with project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Review structural drawings, calculations, and material specifications for accuracy.
Provide on-site technical guidance and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for complex technical issues.
Project Execution & Coordination:
Oversee day-to-day site activities and coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and engineers.
Ensure timely execution of assigned construction tasks in line with the project timeline.
Verify material deliveries and ensure they meet project requirements before usage.
Inspection & Compliance:
Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to approved designs and best practices.
Identify and address any site discrepancies or non-conformance issues.
Assist in final project snagging and the preparation of defect lists for contractor rectification.
Contractor & Team Management:
Supervise and guide the execution team in performing civil construction tasks.
Coordinate with contractors and provide necessary approvals for execution.
Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
Project Documentation:
Maintain site records, including progress reports, work logs, and quality checklists.
Provide feedback on contractor performance and ensure proper documentation of site activities.

Preferred Industry:
Experience in in civil construction management within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, methods, and best practices.
