Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst for the Mission Support & Operations (MSO) portfolio. This role will report directly to the IEO Finance Manager and provide care for program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and cost accounting. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. **What You Will Do** + Budgeting, scheduling, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management and financial support + Leverage experience in program controls finance, accounting and FP&A to meet all internal and external reporting requirements such as: customer reporting, CDRLs/SDRLs, developing EACs, monthly forecasts, and providing financial direction and guidance to junior members in Finance team. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate results through predictable forecasts, Risk and Opportunity (R&O) management, EAC process, robust Program Reviews, and timely flow of information to the organization. Planning responsibilities include the annual operating plan (AOP), five-year long range plan (LRP), and the associated investments to support and drive those plans. + Prepare program review presentations for Raytheon management and Government customer + Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation; assist manpower planning, forecasting, and reporting + Provide PMO and CAMs with internal reports on cost and schedule performance; ability to provide guidance and recommend solutions to complex problems + Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience + Experience in program controls or financial analysis + **Experience in defense or aerospace industry** + Experience with Microsoft Excel + **Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
