Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst for the Mission Support & Operations (MSO) portfolio. This role will report directly to the IEO Finance Manager and provide care for program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and cost accounting. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role, you will have opportunities to work in a self-guided manner as well as collaborate with all functional groups including program management and the IEO Finance Manager. **What You Will Do**
+ Budgeting, scheduling, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management and financial support
+ Leverage experience in program controls finance, accounting and FP&A to meet all internal and external reporting requirements such as: customer reporting, CDRLs/SDRLs, developing EACs, monthly forecasts, and providing financial direction and guidance to junior members in Finance team. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate results through predictable forecasts, Risk and Opportunity (R&O) management, EAC process, robust Program Reviews, and timely flow of information to the organization. Planning responsibilities include the annual operating plan (AOP), five-year long range plan (LRP), and the associated investments to support and drive those plans.
+ Prepare program review presentations for Raytheon management and Government customer
+ Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation; assist manpower planning, forecasting, and reporting
+ Provide PMO and CAMs with internal reports on cost and schedule performance; ability to provide guidance and recommend solutions to complex problems
+ Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
+ Experience in program controls or financial analysis
+ **Experience in defense or aerospace industry**
+ Experience with Microsoft Excel

**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Experience in Finance including Program Controls, Forecasting, and Accounting
+ Experience in government financial CDRL submissions including CFSR and Service Contract Reporting
+ Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial guidance on Raytheon Policies and Procedures
+ Excellent professional communication skills (Verbal and Written)
+ Ability to multi-task and be able to support a dynamic team environment
+ Ability to manage priorities in order to meet deadlines
+ Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process
+ Proficient with APEX/SAP/PRISM
+ Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
