The Sentinel Business Management team is seeking a Manager Program Control 3. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementation of the Earned Value Management system for material, subcontracts and IWOs. This position is located in Roy, UT.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead a team of Managers and Individual Contributors including developing and refining roles & responsibilities, assigning tasking and driving accountability, and helping the team members in their career developmentPartner with GSC organization to help disseminate guidance to the SMT communityExecute EVMS surveillance on major suppliers with EVMS flow down and work through corrective actions to closure of issues identified.Lead re-baseline and IBR activities for major supplier partners.Perform integration of supplier IPMDARs into the Sentinel cost and schedule tools.Analyze supplier IPMDAR data and provide analysis and feedback to the SMT.Manage cost and schedule baseline implementation, management, and change control, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and effective compliance with EVMS requirements, internal NG and SDS Principles & Operating Practices and Sentinel program directives.Oversee the preparation of cost and schedule analysis and reporting, ensuring data delivered to internal and external customers is accurate and meets contractual requirements.Lead team of IWO administrators to process and manage all IWO transactions in S4Provide input into proposal preparation, fact-finding, and contract negotiations as needed to ensure cost management issues are represented.Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs), Internal and External Audits, and other financial assurance and surveillance activities.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 8+ years of industry related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 6+ years of industry related experience.Experience leading teams to successful outcomes.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on advanced Excel data analysis competency.Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 yearsPREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA or a Master’s Degree in a Business-related field.Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite.Experience using Deltek COBRA, Microsoft Project, and SAP toolsExperience with Earned Value cost/schedule reporting (e.g. IPMDARs, IPMRs, CFSRs, and CCDR/CSDRs)Salary Range: $146,800.00 - $220,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
