Agilent is seeking a dynamic Manager, Production Operations to lead the manufacturing and labeling operations for our high-growth Magnis product line. In this role, you will drive operational excellence through automation, digital transformation, and process optimization while ensuring compliance with the highest quality and regulatory standards. This position offers high visibility and impact across departments and leadership levels as we scale production and support new product introductions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations of the Magnis tech line and labeling processes, including capacity planning, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
Drive improvements in efficiency and throughput through automation, digital tools, and lean manufacturing practices.
Serve as the primary operations liaison for new product introductions (NPIs), from prototype through volume production.
Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and ISO 13485 standards.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, on-time delivery, backorders, inventory, customer satisfaction, and quality.
Troubleshoot line-down events and manage escalation of technical and engineering challenges.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in an engineering discipline.
Minimum 1+ years of management experience in a high-throughput, multi-shift production environment.
Proven experience implementing and validating automation solutions in a regulated manufacturing setting.
Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, and MDSAP ISO 13485 standards.
Preferred:
Background in biologics, reagent manufacturing, or IVD product environments.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other operational excellence methodologies.
Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
