As Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our advanced greenfield automation manufacturing plant. Join a forward-thinking organization dedicated to excellence and sustainability in the e-mobility sector as we build the future of transportation. **Key Responsibilities:** + Establish and lead a high-performing maintenance organization tailored to support our cutting-edge automation manufacturing operations. + Develop, implement, and uphold maintenance standards, schedules, and processes that ensure the continuous availability and optimal performance of all manufacturing equipment and systems. + Apply approved methods, procedures, and tools, managing maintenance budgets and resources to achieve operational goals efficiently. + Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Production Planning teams to define and coordinate all maintenance-specific processes and schedules for seamless integration with manufacturing activities. + Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities across workshops within your assigned area to maximize equipment uptime and minimize disruptions. + Play a key role in the design, layout, realization, and ongoing optimization of the plant’s technical infrastructure—driving both efficiency and innovation. + Manage relationships and collaborations with external suppliers, vendors, and maintenance service providers, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and responsiveness. **Your Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering or similar discipline + Minimum of 3 years in similar role in a highly automated industrial manufacturing environment + External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
