**Position:** Manager Procurement **Location:** Zhangjiang, Shanghai Optimize regional Purchasing/Supply chain processes and contracts to source 3rd - party materials with best cost, quality, and service. Lead cross - functional teams in formulating and implementing a regional sourcing strategy for maximum cost savings. Ensure contracts are implemented for high compliance and keep improving supplier performance. Develop a professional approach and ensure advanced Purchasing capabilities are properly used in the spending area. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Contribute actively to Business Purchasing Plan by developing and implementing regional saving opportunities. Report status of saving initiatives and market situation + Develop and manage relationship with strategic suppliers and track their performance + Monitor strategy implementation of the spend area sourcing strategy + Oversee the development and execution of strategies through the strategic sourcing process and the process to select key suppliers for the specific spend area.
