SentinelOne is seeking a Manager to lead a distributed team of talented developers focused on scaling and evolving our collaboration ecosystem. As part of the Process & Collaboration Tools Team within the Product & Technology Operations Organization, this role plays a key part in enabling productivity, transparency, and collaboration across the company.

Reporting into the Sr. Engineering Manager, Process & Collaboration Tools, you will manage a globally distributed team of developers across multiple locations and time zones. Your team will be responsible for building, customizing, and supporting Atlassian Suite solutions (primarily Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence), as well as related integrations with enterprise platforms.

This role is focused on team leadership and delivery execution. Your mission is to ensure your team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

What will you do? Lead and manage a globally distributed team of developers responsible for Atlassian Suite customizations, automations, and integrations. Provide coaching, career development, and performance management to ensure team growth and effectiveness. Partner with the Architect to ensure technical solutions align with architectural standards and long-term scalability. Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable work for your team. Drive delivery execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality. Implement practices that support asynchronous collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective communication across geographies. Monitor and improve development practices, code quality, and operational excellence across the team. Champion best practices for governance, development, testing, and support of Atlassian tools in a global enterprise environment. Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering and Operations stakeholders to ensure tools enable collaboration and efficiency. Foster an inclusive, supportive, and results-oriented team culture. What skills and knowledge should you bring? 8+ years of experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence), including 5+ years managing or leading technical teams. Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of developing talent, driving accountability, and building strong, globally distributed teams. Strong background in software development practices, with familiarity in scripting and integrations (Python, Java, Groovy, or JavaScript preferred). Experience managing delivery of complex projects, balancing scope, timelines, and resources. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with architects, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders. A focus on process improvement, operational excellence, and scalability of enterprise collaboration tools. Excellent communication skills, able to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
