Job Description Summary:
Frontline Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of driving teams alignment on portfolio priorities, brand/category strategies, and annual marketing plans—including DME investments, KPIs, innovation initiatives, and IMX campaign calendars—through close collaboration with C&CL hubs and franchise leadership. Provides strategic and executional input on market-level portfolio strategy and brand plans, ensuring tailored activation and effective DME execution across countries.
Position Overview:
Leads regional market development, securing flawless project implementation , coordination with categories and bottlers. Identifying local opportunities. Offers market insights to guide the localization and real-time amplification of campaigns. Manages brand activations on the ground, including POS promotions, experiential marketing, and events, in close coordination with bottlers. Supports the broader Customer & Shopper Marketing agenda by contributing to system-wide customer engagement strategies, while ensuring alignment with local executional excellence.
