Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Portfolio  Planning: Develop and implement product portfolio  strategies that align with long-term business goals, market dynamics, and market trend , while adhering to all regulatory requirements.Innovation Development: Identify new business opportunities through deep market insights and market research. Lead the development of new products and packaging initiatives.Champion the Product Portfolio: Act as the product portfolio ’s gatekeeper, ensuring all B2B activities reflect its identity, values, and positioning, and comply with local regulations.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring product portfolio initiatives to life — from concept to execution.Project & Budget Oversight:  Manage timelines, approvals, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective delivery of product portfolio  programs.Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of evolving regulations and ensure all product portfolio  activities meet legal and internal standards.

 

Who we're looking for

5+ years of experience, with at least 3 in a brand or product-related roleBackground in FMCG, ideally with a large global brandStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsA passion for understanding market insight and building impactful strategyBilingual in Thai and English, skilled at translating business strategy into clear, audience-appropriate communication.
