As the Manager - Portfolio, you will directly support the Strategy Realization Office (SRO) by ensuring effective governance of the entire Enterprise project/product portfolio. You will ensure the portfolio is aligned with the business objectives, prioritized, resourced, governed, and the performance analyzed and communicated. Additionally, you will ensure the cross-functional dependencies between projects and products efforts are connected and coordinated. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for overseeing the approval, planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of enterprise project and product efforts + Responsible for developing, establishing, and standardized project management methodologies and procedures + Responsible for enabling projects/products to achieve a return on investment and meeting the goals and objectives of the organization + Responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise project and product governance processes and standards to enable effective portfolio management + Responsible for establishing a comprehensive internal audit program aligned with the required SOX Controls **Qualifications:** + Bachelors Degree – Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain required; Master's Degree preferred + Licenses/Certificates/Designations – PMP, SCRUM Master, Agile Product Owner preferred + 5-7 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner & Scrum Master, Six Sigma + Required to communicate effectively with project teams, product teams, stakeholders, executive management. + Customer Focused + Demonstrated Leadership + Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Change Management + Continuous Improvement + Process Mapping, Capacity Modeling, Data Analysis + Critical Thinking + Analytical Ability + Ability to Work Independently + Ability to travel up to 25% _\#LI-JB1_
