**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated **Manager Physical Therapist** to join our growing healthcare team in Skippack, PA! As a Manager Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches, as well as:
+ Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
+ Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high-quality patient care.
+ Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing regular performance evaluations.
+ Participate in ongoing education for professional growth.
+ Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development.
+ Lead marketing efforts, including physician visits and community engagement.
+ Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care.
+ Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
+ Requires a relevant degree and experience in clinic management.
**Qualifications**
+ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
+ Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania
+ Valid CPR certification
+ Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
