For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in performance management, talent management, or related HR function. Strong understanding of performance management principles, practices, and methodologies. Experience designing and implementing talent management programs and initiatives in a complex organizational environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Ability to build solid relationships and influence partners at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software. Our Culture & Commitment to You: Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $100,000-150,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
