**Job Summary**
The Manager of Partner Management develops and executes strategic partner plans to align with organizational goals, establishing strong relationships with key partners for long-term success. This role involves leading negotiations, analyzing partner performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and align business operations. The Manager provides leadership to the partner management team, implements training programs, and ensures compliance with agreements while reporting on performance metrics to senior management.
**Role Description**
+ Develop and execute strategic partner plans that align with organizational goals and drive mutual growth.
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
+ Lead negotiations and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
+ Analyze partner performance and develop strategies to enhance partner effectiveness and drive revenue.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions and align business operations.
+ Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
+ Provide leadership and guidance to the partner management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
+ Develop and implement partner training programs to enhance partner knowledge and engagement.
+ Ensure compliance with partner agreements and organizational policies.
+ Regularly report on partner performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.

Other Requirements
+ Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
+ 3+ years of experience in partner or project management
+ 3+ years of experience presenting to partners, internal management, and client/customer executives
+ 1+ years of management experience preferred
+ Ability to travel 20%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
