We are a teaching clinic with resident physicians who practice alongside supervising physicians to improve healthcare through education and research. This partnership allows our physicians to provide quality care to all our patients. Our patients come from all backgrounds, and each have their own unique and often complex care needs. We serve the underserved and are proud to provide this service to our community.

This is a Manager Operations position in a high volume, Residency practice. Our ideal candidate will have experience navigating a residency practice and elevated level of operational experience in healthcare, with evidence of business acumen and team leadership.

Scope of work

Responsible for the activities of team members within practices and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partners. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence. Manages multiple sites and specialty programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, health care administration or other related area Required.Master’s degree or equivalent in business, management, health care administration or other related area Preferred.Five (5) years of relevant health care, medical practice experience or related work Required.Three (3) years of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience Required.Experience utilizing an electronic health record system Preferred.
