Major Responsibilities:
Assigning Surveyors to various jobs based on job requirements matching competency. Supporting regions on their day to day activities. Team management and resource planning. Technical ability to address project along with mitigation of TQR issues. Supporting team via trainings, discussion, developments etc. Preparation of various construction SOPs. Knowledge and adherence to National/ International Codes and Standards Monitoring the Cost, Timely invoicing and collection of invoices. Assessment and evaluation of team performance and upgradation. MIS report, Collection report, Forecast of Revenue. Assist Region for growth plan of B&I service line. The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
Qualification and Experience :
Graduate Engineer (Civil Engineer) with minimum 13 -15 years of experience in construction field and hands experience in Industrial as well residential and infrastructure projects.
