Introduction
We are seeking Manager, Operational Procurement to join our Market Area Middle East & India -Global Logistics Operations team.
You will be responsible for Leading Operational Purchasing organization ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This role involves strategic leadership, advanced procurement management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do
Manage and lead Operational Purchasing team(s) to execute purchases and expediting timely and efficiently. Responsible for efficient operative performance monitoring and follow up (daily/weekly/monthly execution practices), corrective actions and related reporting. Ensure all procurement activities comply with Global Procurement Policies, company guidelines, legal standards, and ethical practices Play a key role in optimizing inventory value and health to meet customer satisfaction, profitability, growth, and capital efficiency goals Develop and analyze advanced Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify insights and drive continuous improvement Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Operational Procurement, setting clear goals and fostering professional growth Act as a key liaison between vendors and internal departments to resolve complex procurement issues and implement systematic improvements Lead strong exception management and problem-solving culture
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain management or in relevant field Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience in purchasing and contract negotiation in a similar industry. Ability to work effectively with global teams and suppliers, fostering cooperation and shared success Technical Proficiency: Strong command of business tools, including SAP ERP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and any procurement tool like P4T/Jaggaer. Strong analytical skills and experience developing KPIs to measure and improve performance. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
