This role manages the day-to-day operations of a small team of data analysts, provides project management and template development, and drives data-driven insights that support executive decision-making. This leader will collaborate closely with corporate communications, executive teams, and initiative leaders to align services and strategies across the organization. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the Manager will provide recommendations, mitigate risks, and ensure strategic priorities are effectively monitored and executed. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and team leader who thrives in a cross-functional environment. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + **Coordinate and manage** strategy engagement tools, dashboards, reports, and briefs to support executive and initiative leaders. + **Lead a team** of data analysts, allocating resources effectively across competing priorities. + **Develop and maintain** strategic initiative briefs, business plans, and corporate service plans to ensure alignment and timely updates. + **Advise and consult** with senior leaders on project management and alignment of priorities, providing actionable insights and solutions. + **Support enterprise operations** by facilitating Operations Council meetings and executing corporate strategic planning efforts. **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field + 5 years of relevant work experience (with at least 3 years in healthcare industry) + 2 years of leadership experience managing teams + Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint + Ability to work effectively in a matrix-management environment **Preferred Qualifications:** + 5 years of proven experience managing teams in a business setting + **Project Management Professional (PMP) certification** + **Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) certification** This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
