**Location:** For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44144 Manage the application, calculation, and reporting matters related to the Basel III capital regime, with an emphasis on analytical transparency in the risk weighted assets calculation. Responsible for managing the RWA calculation and regulatory capital ratios, including data analysis, earnings estimation, and production of external regulatory submissions. + Collaborate with Finance and Lines of Business leaders to understand variance drivers and provide insight to support LOB strategies. + Evaluate and manage controls on RWA processes + Prepare executive summary quarterly to support senior leadership decision-making + Identify opportunities to streamline and automate RWA reporting processes + Monitor data quality issues to ensure accurate RWA reporting Preferred Qualifications + CPA or similar certification + 10+ years experience in regulatory reporting at a large financial institution + Basel III implementation + Excellent written and verbal communication skills COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
