Job Summary
The Manager of Outpatient Surgical Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical services, and administrative functions of outpatient care programs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting departmental growth. The Manager collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational excellence, enhance patient satisfaction, and foster a positive work environment.
Essential Functions
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required3-5 years of experience in outpatient services, ambulatory care, or a related healthcare setting required1-3 years of supervisory experience requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of outpatient care operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement principles.Leadership and team-building skills to inspire and manage a diverse workforce.Financial acumen to manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess performance data and implement improvements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and address patient concerns.Proficiency in healthcare technology, including electronic health records and practice management systems.Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure preferredINDLEAD
