**Job Summary** The Manager of Outpatient Surgical Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical services, and administrative functions of outpatient care programs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting departmental growth.
