Position Overview:

Provides overall proactive management and day-to-day operational support of the activities and resources of the clinics within the OCS (Infusion and Wound Care) Department. Day-to-day operational responsibility for administrative support staff including supervisor and staff. Supports special projects, including business plans, to ensure service growth and develops an effective team to provide cost effective, quality services which result in patient, payer, employer, physician and employee satisfaction. Offers support in planning, organizing, staffing and controlling the operational expenses related to the service line.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing


CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

RN-Registered Nurse of California Upon Hire


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

8 years recent relevant experience. Recent Oncology experience preferred.

Pay Range is $63.57 to $101.71 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
