Job Description

This individual will play a critical role in enabling secure, scalable growth by aligning IT initiatives with business goals, driving cross-functional communication, and ensuring full compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a track record of building IT infrastructure, managing information systems and collaboration platforms, supporting mergers and acquisitions integration, and fostering a strong security posture in regulated environments. This hybrid role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. We are seeking someone capable of architecting and implementing IT solutions across multiple entities of varying sizes and maturity levels.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a scalable IT roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and growth objectives.Ensure full compliance with government cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.Lead system implementations or optimizations, ensuring alignment with business workflows and regulatory needs.Maintain a leadership position that also includes a technical contribution.Establish and maintain secure and reliable collaboration tools, networks, and communication systems across multiple locations and businesses.Drive IT integration and standardization efforts for new acquisitions or organizational changes.Help to determine AI’s role in the business infrastructure.Manage IT budgeting, vendor contracts, licensing, and procurement.Collaborate strongly with IT resources throughout the organization.Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring that technology enables operational efficiency and informed decision-making.Essential SkillsNetwork security and cybersecurity expertise.Experience with government contracts and regulations.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership or a similar role.Deep technical expertise across IT disciplines, including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERPs, and collaboration tools.Government or government contractor experience, including CMMC, GCC High / FedRamp.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role that involves both leadership and technical contributions. The work environment involves collaboration with various IT resources across multiple locations and businesses, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The dress code is business casual, and the role demands proactive engagement in a dynamic and regulated industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $84.00/hr.
