Your Role:
Manager of Digital Marketing Strategy and Promotions responsible for developing an online promotion's function and multi-channel test and learn roadmap to favorably impact customer acquisition/loyalty/NPS while balancing revenue and margin trade-offs.
Build long and short-term promotional strategies, test and scale online promotions capabilities Build capabilities to measure “incrementality” driven by promotional investments vis-a-vis other business initiatives to inform both strategic planning and tactical execution/optimization Effectively communicate critical trends, key insights and recommendations as it pertains to promotional strategies with executives across the organization; build and present data analysis/scenario planning, presentation materials for executives. Partner with marketing channel owners to develop annual and long-range marketing channel test and learn plans/roadmaps; formulate, prioritize, and execute against the roadmap to deliver eBusiness growth. Explore new marketing channels as a lever for further profitable revenue growth via test and learns. Partner with marketing channels, operations, data science and controlling to ensure strategies and plans are implemented to meet/exceed targets. Ensure test and learn strategies and plans are aligned with overall ecommerce OKRs. Build solid partnerships with cross-functional and global/regional teams across ecommerce, Product, Commercial/Sales, Supply Chain and Finance/Controlling teams in order to achieve deep understanding of interlocks with promotional spend and efficiency; develop plans that have clear impacts on sales and EBIT. Leverage data to deep dive on cause trends and develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems; ad hoc analysis to identify further improvement opportunities. Develop long and short-term marketing content strategies; build and optimize marketing landing pages to be leveraged in promotional and channel specific test and learns. Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty program strategy that enhances customer engagement and retention across all digital platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty initiatives into promotional campaigns, maximizing customer participation and satisfaction.Monitor industry trends and competitor loyalty programs to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation within the company's loyalty initiatives.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or ECommerce related field. 5+ years of relevant experience with marketing and analytical roles Business and Data Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Advanced Excel, Data Studio, Tableau etc. Experienced with presenting complex analytical information to executive leadership to inspire action. 2+ years demonstrated experience in building and executing promotions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science or Ph.D. in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or similar field. 3+ years of quantitative experience across MarTech and Data & Analytics platforms. Data Analytics: Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi Touch Attribution, Data Management Platform. Statistical Techniques: Design of Experiments, Randomization – Test vs Control set, Significance Testing, Confidence Intervals. Advertising Technology: Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, Adobe, Verizon, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn. Previous eCommerce, promotions strategy and DTC Growth experience a plus.
