Your tasks
Advise process owners on fundamental process changes to manage Data and Process Management programs and initiatives
Coordinate and conduct workshops, share specific technical expertise, and apply improvement methods to create new projects
Develop the required skills within the team and ensure effective knowledge transfer
Supervise interdisciplinary internal process analyses and manage process harmonization programs and rollout activities
Lead a global team of cross-functional Business Process Experts to continuously implement process improvements, especially across functional interfaces
Develop internal Data and Process Management Centers of Excellence or Competency Centers with strategy workshops to implement market developments
Plan work packages and coordinate with senior department management (staff, expenses, work involved, deadlines)
Ensure that projects are implemented professionally, on time, and within budget
Ensure alignment within the Sartorius Group on corporate-level processes, data, and IT systems
Your qualifications
You have a master’s degree in the field of in economics, IT, Engineering or similar qualification
Several years of experience in a global team management and professional experience in Data and Process Management
Leadership experience and relationship-building skills
Proficient and proven in-depth knowledge of project management and process improvement methods (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking)
Demonstrated success in managing global teams with a cross-functional perspective
Fluent in English and German language is an advantage
Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP ERP and other enterprise solutions
Team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
