Supervise, coordinate, prepare and deliver relevant reports for management used as a consolidated business management tool in a timely mannerEnsure the alignment of used reporting, analysis and procedures with the group standardsIdentify risks and upside / downside exposureControl and assist the business units in the countries to be within or below their units' selling, marketing and administrative budgetsArrange and improve business performance measurement procedures and systemsAdvise the coordination of the consolidation of regional / country strategic and long-term plans based on group strategyPerform critical and financial valuation of prospective acquisition and new product launches by using common techniques like discounted cash flow models, if necessaryControlling Responsibilities:Oversee the analysis of gross margin at standard and other financial metricsEnsure the accuracy of standard costs and conduct variance analysis to identify discrepanciesPartner with business units to support operational and strategic decision-makingProvide timely and accurate financial reportsSupport and follow the cost saving initiativesSupport decision-making processes with financial insights and data analysisEnsure alignment of controlling practices with group standards and objectivesSupport operations by providing financial insights and recommendationsFollow up on capital expenditures (CAPEX) to ensure alignment with budget and strategic goalsFinance and Accounting Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and accounting processesOversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsImplement and maintain robust accounting systems and controlsCoordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards (Local and IFRS)Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structureManage and optimize the preparation of the treasury and the cash-out forecastsAnalyze financial statements and reports to provide insights and recommendationsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standardsTax Responsibilities:Oversee and ensure compliance with all finance and tax regulations, providing guidance on tax-related matters and optimizing taxEnsure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulationsDevelop and implement tax-efficient strategies and policiesCoordinate with external tax advisors and auditors as neededMonitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the companyPrepare and review transfer price tax declaration and documentationWhat will convince us:
Master degree with Finance/Controlling focus
Proven experience of working within controlling in a multi-national company, preferable as a business partner in a manufacturing environment
Strong skills in Controlling, Accounting and Taxes
Proven years of effective leadership and team management skills
Excellent commercial and financial knowledge and skills
Relevant experience in MS Office and SAP
Ability to analyze quickly and take appropriate action
Assertiveness, readiness to innovate
Fluent in English and French
