Duties:
* Lead the design and execution of core compensation programs including annual merit planning, job evaluation, market pricing, and pay structure development
* Provide strategic oversight of base salary administration and ensure competitive, equitable practices through salary surveys and benchmarking
* Design and optimize annual bonus programs that align with business priorities and performance goals
* Collaborate with People and Development to integrate pay and performance strategies
* Deliver advanced modeling and analysis for executive leadership decision-making
* Consult on sales commission plans that drive desired behaviors and support business objectives
