St Croix Hospice is hiring a Manager of Clinical Services for our branch in Livonia MI.  The MCS is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. In this role you are also responsible for the leadership of the team. 

You will instruct and guide clinicians to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality hospice care services. You will review patient's medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, procedures and clinical course and attend case conference meetings with hospice personnel to facilitate coordination of care and discussion of interdisciplinary group involvement. You will assist with the interviewing and orientation of new employees.  You are also responsible for training, evaluation and leadership of personnel under the delegation of the Regional Director of Clinical Operations. You will oversee the maintenance of patient clinical records and compliance with local, state and federal laws. You will also over see the inventory of supplies and equipment for provision of patient services. You will assess health needs of community and assist in the development of plan to meet needs.
