Our Kforce client seeking a seasoned Manager of Accounting to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic improvements across multiple affiliates. Duties: * Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of up to 10 accounting professionals * Present monthly consolidated financial statements to senior management * Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of accounting records for all affiliates * Approve significant journal entries and payroll * Prepare annual balance sheets, cash flow budgets, and quarterly financial narratives * Monitor and resolve restricted fund deficits; ensure compliance with fund restrictions * Develop and manage annual budgets for administrative responsibility centers * Serve as a financial consultant and policy contributor within the Finance Department * Participate in quality improvement teams and cross-functional committees * Continuously evaluate and improve accounting workflows and cost efficiency
