If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and grow your career in a forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you. **Your key responsibilities** + End-to-end responsibility for cross-segment innovation execution across HNC EMEA + Project management and prioritization: Prepare and contribute to regional IRT discussions. + Technical integration and synergy activation: Act on the interface between (global and regional) innovation, (taste) application, segment-specific formulation teams. + Customer and partner engagement: Bring structure and consistency to innovation workshops and lab visits. + Strategic alignment and reporting: Collaborate with the Director IAF EMEA to align IAF team with broader business priorities. + Drive development and implementation of next-generation solutions across segments.
