What You'll Be Doing:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives focused on driving revenue growth by selling Mortgage Solutions SaaS products to mortgage brokerages. You will develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, mentor and coach your team, and work closely with other departments to optimize the sales process. Your ability to understand the needs of mortgage brokerages and effectively position our products will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals responsible for selling SaaS solutions to mortgage brokerages. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages high performance and accountability.Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize opportunities within existing accounts. Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to position our products effectively.Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas for the team by driving the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while maintaining a focus on long-term customer success.Recruit and Train: Hire, onboard, and train new sales team members. Develop individual and team skills through continuous coaching and performance management.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at mortgage brokerages, ensuring a deep understanding of their pain points and how our SaaS products can provide value.Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and optimize team effectiveness.Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align messaging, sales materials, and promotional campaigns with the needs of mortgage brokerages.Forecasting and Budgeting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track team progress against KPIs, and manage the sales budget effectively.What’s in it For You:

Experience:
5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in SaaS, financial services, or mortgage brokerage industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience selling into mortgage brokerages or related industries preferred.Skills & Knowledge:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team to achieve high performance.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.Strong MS Office skillsAdvanced prospecting skillsAdvanced negotiation skillsExcellent relationship-building skillsExcellent analytical skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectiveBanking and Mortgage Banking experience preferredEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Other:
