Sie entwickelt innovative Ultrafiltrations-Technologie zur Aufbereitung von Trink-, Prozess-, Meer- und Abwasser.

Unsere Forschung und Entwicklung Abteilung besteht aus 3 untergeordnete Gruppen: Membranentwicklung, Module- und Rackentwicklung und Anwendungstechnik. Für unseren Standort in Greifenberg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin einen Leiter (m/w/d) für die Modul- und Rackentwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Entwicklung neuartiger Filtersysteme (Prototypenbau)Überführung neuer Produkte und Fertigungsabläufe in die SerienproduktionOptimierung der laufenden HerstellungsprozesseKonstuieren von projektbezogenen BaugruppenProjektmanagement incl. Erarbeiten von Versuchsplänen und DokumentationAnleiten und Führen von MitarbeiternOptimierung von Membranmoduleigenschaften bspw. in Bezug auf Druckbeständigkeit, Druckverluste, MaterialOptimierung der großtechnischen ModulproduktionOptimierung von Sub-Systemen (Racks) in bspw. Bezug auf Druckverluste, PlatzbedarfErstellung technischer Zeichnungen auch in 3DReporting in Form von Berichten/ Präsentationen

Ihre Qualifikation:

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in Verfahrenstechnik, Kunststofftechnik, Umweltingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau o.ä. – Bewerber mit einer Techniker Ausbildung und der entsprechenden Erfahrung sollen sich auch gerne zur Bewerbung aufgefordert sehen.Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich WasseraufbereitungErfahrung mit Entwicklungsprozessen, Prototyping und Tests von technologischen SystemenErfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Entwicklungsprojekten.Interesse und Basiskenntnisse in der Membran- und Filtertechnologie und die Bereitschaft, kreative Lösungen zu entwickeln und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voranzutreiben.Erfahrung in der TeamleitungSichere Handhabung von MS Office, insbesondere Excel, AutoCad und InventorVersierter Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden.Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch zur Koordination und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Stakeholdern.Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen verständlich zu präsentieren.Vertrautheit mit den relevanten Standards zu Arbeitssicherheit

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*.
