Your challenges as a Manager
PwC is rapidly developing into a pioneer in (digital) transformations with Microsoft Business Applications, including the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
As a Manager, you - together with the team - ensure the successful implementation of customers’ (digital) transformations. You collaborate with highly qualified professionals from different areas of expertise within PwC, so you come in contact with different fields and sectors. As a domain or industry specialist in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Service, Contact Center and/or Field Service, you possess the expertise to develop effective strategies and engage in meaningful discussions with key stakeholders and manage projects at customer organizations. It is therefore crucial that you have a deep understanding of the customer's business processes, needs, and challenges to translate them into an optimal Microsoft solution. You design and implement these solutions together with your project team, in which you take the final responsibility for the project’s content success.
In addition to your responsibility in managing teams and effectively leading complex programs/projects, you also make an active contribution to business development and the growth of our Dynamics 365 practice. Based on your expertise, you take the lead in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships and acquiring new assignments.

Does this sound like you?
You are an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement consultant who also has knowledge of adjacent applications/ISVs within the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystem. You like challenges and have the ambition to continuously develop yourself and your colleagues, in order to achieve the best team performance.
More about you:
• You have at least 6 years of experience in transformations/implementation with Microsoft Business Applications, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Service, Contact Center and/or Field Service, as well as the Power Platform;
• You have experience with international ERP implementations based on global templates and local deviations;
• You have completed a university education;
• You are a functional expert within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Service, Contact Center and/or Field Service;
• You have a strategic mindset and do not lose the main goal despite all the details;
• You have the soft skills to identify issues with our customers and address them appropriately based on a strong customer relationship;
• You have strong analytical skills;
• You speak and write English fluently; Dutch is an advantage;
• You live in the Netherlands;
• You stand firmly on your own two feet and are not afraid to speak your mind.
