Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Campaign Developer
As a campaign developer, you will plan, device and help the client understand the best to design, build, QA and deploy marketing campaign capabilities based on their needs and business requirements. They are responsible for implementing personalized and dynamic messages and landing pages as well as being fluent in Marketing automation tools. They’re also experienced in advanced segmentation, reporting and analytics, and data configuration.
Responsibilities
• Build, test, and deploy marketing and email campaigns including personalization and dynamic content using Microsoft Dynamic 365.
• Data Management supporting processes like Lead list cleansing and enrichment. Build automation to help and optimize some of these BAU activities.
• Develop email templates, which will include coding of emails using HTML, CSS, modules and
• Create/Manage lists, segments and associate them to different campaigns.
• Design and configure automation journeys for muti touch point campaigns.
• Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing process through email, content, landing pages and social media channels.
• Create reports that’s detail key metrics such leads generated to measure the effectiveness of campaign and reporting on marketing campaigns to increase the efficiency and effectiveness to adjust future targeting.
• Develop end-to-end solutions for complex campaigns (with potential optimization testing) to deliver personalized customer communications (social email)
• Develop and deploy A/B testing strategies to roll out the control version to be used in the final email campaign.
• Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.
• Provide troubleshooting / first line of support for stakeholders working on deliverables and encountering errors or technical issues with platforms.
• Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Relevant experience building solutions on the Microsoft D365 platform: Static and Dynamic Segments (Query, Behavioral Content block), Design Email with A/B testing, Create dynamic customer Journey and reporting.
• Able to operate independently with solid business acumen including a good sense of how a well-integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and D365 CRM systems can be utilized to improve business.
• Ability to develop SQL queries from the scratch is a minimal expectation for Data Management activities.
• Experience with one or more leading marketing automation vendors would be preferred.
• Experience with responsive website design and various forms of online marketing including mobile, social, content, email, etc.
• Experience in creating strategy for nurturing leads through mix of helpful content and marketing activities.
• Understanding of B2B Marketing lifecycle and different stages of sales funnel.
• Strong command of English and communication skills (Spoken and written)
• Experience in creating customer journeys and automate it across a wide array of products and services.
• Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form).
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Can work cross functionally in many areas without being constrained by your job function.
• An ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and tact.


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Highly strategic and able to uncover and understand business needs.
• Experience within both B2C B2B Marketing atmosphere
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box.
• Have worked in a Banking and Finance domain.
• Six sigma certified.
