DescriptionManage and oversee all aspects of company owned businesses in Bagdad, including the Copper Country Bar & Grill, The Diner on Main, and the Marathon gas station. Responsible for customer service, marketing, supervision and development of staff, budgeting, sales projections, and reporting of financial results. Creates and implements the business strategic plans for each operation.
Oversees daily management of company owned businesses including financial reporting, safety performance, staffing, and customer service levelResponsible for the day-to-day operations of the Copper Country Bar & Grill, The Diner on Main, and the Marathon gas station to ensure customer satisfaction, business efficiency and profitability with continuous improvementAnalyzes data and presents information to management regarding sales results and productivityResponsible for maintaining high standards of operational control, quality control, health and safety, and customer serviceInvestigates and resolves quality issues and service complaintsControls inventory levels and manages food, liquor, fuel and labor costs as well as business and liquor licensesDevelops leadership and business capabilities of business supervisorsEvaluates employee performance, provides feedback, coaching and development to employeesSets the annual budget, reviews year-over-year and month-to-month sales history and provides feedback to sales to labor estimates using knowledge of business trendsPerforms other duties as requestedQualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor' s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or other related degree and four (4) years of related Management experience; ORHigh school diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of Management experience in a full service, casual dining concept restaurantAbility to obtain the Arizona Liquor Law Basic Certificate of Completion, complete the Title 4 (Arizona Liquor Law) Management Training Course and obtain the Management Certificate of CompletionHigh levels of personal integrity, professionalism, and maturityStrong business acumenAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSolid relationship management and performance management skillsStrong writing and documentation skillsPassion and commitment to guest serviceComputer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
What We Offer You
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $73,500-$101,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
