Make a Difference The Manager oversees the daily functions of multiple departments within Medical Imaging and is located in Indianapolis, Indiana at Community North Hospital Exceptional Skills and Qualifications + 2 year / Associate Degree and Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, and/or Ultrasound Program. (required) + 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) + 1+ years: One year of supervisory experience (preferred) + 5+ years: five years experience as an Imaging Technologist in a hospital setting. (required) + Adjusts patient schedules and staffing on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and reduce costs. + Responds to any patient care issue or complaint in a timely manner. + Develops and support a productive, positive, patient-focused work environment. + Evaluate employee performance with an objective annual written appraisal. + Hold regular staff meetings and follow-up on all issues and questions. + Understands financial reports and actively participates in budgetary process. + Clear verbal and written communication skills + Flexibility in dealing with change + Ability to prioritize effectively + Utilizes radiation and magnetic field safety + Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills which are appropriate to the patient’s age when performing exams **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
