The Manager of Data Engineering will serve as the Technical Product Owner for the MedTech business for all data engineering work in support of the Common Data Layer. They will ensure the appropriate application of various methods to transform raw data into useful information for consumption by various groups and downstream systems. They will grow and optimize J&J MedTech data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimize e2e data flow and collection for multi-functional teams. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
