Purpose of Role:

Oversee the daily workings of manufacturing operations. Lead a team to plan, manage, and implement order fulfilment delivery schedules to ensure customer requirements and revenue plans are safely met. Maintain the highest standard in safety, quality, production and delivery.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Qualification :    

B E Mechanical with least 12 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing or production Leadership role is desired. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience in CNC Machine shop, Assembly processes with continuous improvement environment  and Worked in automotive companies is added advantage. Knowledge of ERP is essential. Exposure to fixtures, tooling & people management is desirable.

Able to Communicate in both Languages English and Kannada.
