We are looking for a new colleague in Production-Engineering and Technical Support in Lommel, Belgium.

What you can look forward to as Manager Machine Maintenance & Facilities:

Ensure the availabilities of machines, equipment and utilities for continuous production Keep track of maintenance parameters by carrying out inspections of the machinery and facilities Lead projects for plant expansion and for implementing the latest technologies in our machine park Plan and control the maintenance and facility budget and ensure that the budget is not superseded Share your extensive knowledge with your team and the broader organization Improve workplace safety by eliminating hazards and working closely with our HSE department Analyze data on down-time losses and identify potential cost-reduction


Your profile as Manager Machine Maintenance & Facilities:

Degree of Engineering with several years of experience in maintenance Proven experience in a managerial role with excellent people skills, this both with regards to management of your team as towards the development of team members Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to perform in the dynamic of an ever-changing organization Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Result oriented and decisive attitude Moreover you foster open communication
