We are embarking on an exciting and transformational journey to modernize our Enterprise Data Platform by leveraging the power and innovation of the public cloud.  As part of this initiative, we are looking for a Product Manager for our Data Enablement Capabilities team. This role partners closely across Product, Technology, Governance and Customer teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that ensure the platform provides highly performant, trusted and quality data for our users, while remaining compliant with enterprise sensitive data handling, partner confidentiality, data retention policies and other relevant standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate across product, solution, governance and technology partners to deliver customer centric solutions and rapidly iterate new ideas. Understand the current on-prem big data platform landscape, architect the target state architecture, and execute the modernization roadmap to public cloud infrastructure. Ensure product and capability delivery is controlled through a well-defined product roadmap that is focused on business strategy and value, improving time to market, reducing operational risk and best in class industry practices. Define product features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria to drive delivery and results that benefit our business and business unit partners. Own and drive day to day Agile processes including planning and grooming, sprint and scrum cadence to ensure clarity of scope and timelines across all stakeholders. Take hands-on ownership in performing user acceptance test and user issue resolution for delivered products Define product scope and objectives, ensure compliance with standards and best practices, and drive risk management, analysis, and issue tracking. Champion an external perspective in delivering solutions via a sound understanding of the industry landscape to drive modernization of existing data platforms. 

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field, with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in delivering large scale Big Data, Cloud and Digital product initiatives 3+ years’ experience in data management solutions, including ETL, data warehousing, data ingestion, metadata management, data security and governance.  Hands-on technology exposure in the data domain will be a strong plus. Knowledge of big data platform architecture, data management and newer developments in the industry Highly organized and self-motivated individual who can combine problem-resolution, ability to influence decisions and critical thinking to apply a business lens to design customer-obsessed solutions. Proven ability to manage change in dynamic, ambiguous environments, and ability to influence without direct authority among peers and with leaders. Prior exposure to working in a Cloud based environment and/ or the payments industry is an added plus

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
