Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Senior Specialist to manage design, development, and delivery of learning interventions for Chubb Business Services India (CBSI). The candidate should have a strong background in instructional design including creating content for in-person/virtual/blended learning interventions, substantial experience with end-to-end learning life-cycle management and delivery along with strong facilitation skills. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

Conduct needs assessments and analyse data to identify training gaps and propose a learning solutions. 

Design and develop content for in-person/virtual/blended learning interventions which include pre-during-post learning elements, assessments, gamification elements, interactive simulations, role-plays, case-studies and other innovative approaches. 

Collaborate with key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning interventions with business objectives and KPIs. 

Manage end-to-end program delivery of all learning interventions in Bengaluru office. 

Develop, monitor and track learning program budgets, timelines, and implementation plans. 

Evaluate and report out effectiveness of learning interventions and take appropriate actions for improvement in future deliveries 

Facilitate/Deliver/Manage all Professional, Leadership and Behavorial learning interventions in Bengaluru office 

Build rapport and connect with key business and HR stakeholders in all Chubb offices (Bengaluru – Hyderabad – Bhubaneswar) 

End-to-end Vendor Management for learning interventions. 

 

 

Role Qualifications: 

Master’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design or related field 

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in learning and development 

Strong design experience including creating best-in-class ppts, videos, gifs and other collaterals for impactful learning interventions  

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and latest learning tools and technologies for content creation 

Excellent business communication, interpersonal, and project management skills (learning delivery) 

Ability to work with velocity in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, priorities and hard deadlines. 

 

Key Skills & Competencies: 

Technical (Must-have) 

Expert with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel 

Comfort with using tools like Mentimeter, Kahoot, Slido 

Good knowledge of Gen AI tools and their use cases in Learning  

Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone and Oracle. 

 

Instructional Design: 

Knowledge of instructional design models and principles (e.g. ADDIE, 6Ds in Learning). 

Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and software (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
