Job Description & Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective Korean-speaking clients.Actively seek opportunities to offer value-added services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed effectively.Attend business development meetings and events tailored for the Korean business community.Participate in project meetings, supporting the client services team in delivering work efficiently.Collaborate with Korean network affiliate firms to promote the company's services and identify new business opportunities.Proactively network and build relationships within the Korean business community.

Key Requirements:

Having at least 5 years at professional services, including audit, tax, advisory, etc.Proficiency in Korean speaking and writing; Korean nationality is preferred.Possession of professional qualifications such as Korean CPA or international professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, etc...).Experience working with Big 4 firms is an advantage.Based in Hanoi (HN) or Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify potential customers through internal and external relationships and information sources.Strong network-building skills within the Korean-speaking business community.Ability to communicate value propositions clearly to clients and manage their expectations.Quick learner, especially regarding the areas on which the company advises.Thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
