Kforce has a clien tin need of a Manager - JDE (Finance/Procurement & Reporting). Responsibilities: * Manage and mentor a team of senior analysts, functional analysts, outsourced developers, and system administrators * Oversee functional areas including finance, procurement, payroll, contract billing, and job cost * Support and guide JDE upgrades, system administration, and development activities * Manage production issues, enhancement requests, and small projects using tools like Smartsheet * Coordinate testing and system improvements, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization * Report progress and priorities to executive management and business stakeholders * Promote best practices in systems implementation and management across teams * Evaluate "buy vs. build" decisions and oversee enterprise system maintenance and support * Collaborate with business leaders to understand issues, define requirements, and propose solutions * Develop business-facing documentation and lead project planning and change control processes * Analyze metrics and ROI to evaluate system effectiveness and recommend adjustments * Facilitate team collaboration and communication within IT and with business leads * Support enterprise reporting and data integration with tools like Cognos TM1 * Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and documentation standards
