You’ll serve as a key liaison between vendors, hospital teams, and IT leadership—ensuring software projects are executed with precision and associate support remains seamless. **As the Software Support Manager, you will:** + Lead software implementation and support efforts from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with hospital and enterprise goals. + Manage project timelines, team assignments, and software vendor communications. + Oversee discovery efforts and evaluate hospital workflows for improvement opportunities. + Provide training, mentorship, and performance guidance to the Software Support team. + Support associate adoption of software tools, troubleshoot issues, and provide scalable solutions. + Maintain consistency in system configurations and data across platforms. + Prepare status updates and communicate progress to leadership and cross-functional teams. **Education & Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred + 4+ years of experience in software management or related leadership role + Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to drive performance and team growth + Experience with workflow evaluation and process optimization + Veterinary environment experience required + Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting + Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset **Why BluePearl?** + Our passion is pets.
