**The role:**
The Manager – IT PMO Analytics - is a key part of the team in charge of (1) Tracking and reporting the key performance indicators; (2) Managing and developing processes to support internal operations (3) Managing stakeholder communications; (4) Deploying key internal strategic initiatives focused on the betterment of ITPMO operating model
**What will you do?**
+ Produce and manage portfolio KPIs and financial governance reports provided to IT leadership and Finance partners
+ Work with key stakeholders (Program / Portfolio Directors) to understand upcoming areas of spend / investment needs
+ Support the review of forecast on programs / projects monthly
+ Monitor, maintain, and report on resource utilization
+ Maintain and improve team databases
+ Automate and standardize monthly processes
+ Support continuous improvement activities, drive efficiency, and promote consistency across the IT PMO portfolio
**What do you need to succeed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
+ 4+ years of experience in project or program management, with a strong focus on financial oversight and reporting.
+ PMP certification is an Asset.
+ Proven experience managing financials for complex technology projects or programs.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; experience with financial tools or ERP systems is an asset.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
