Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of IT Operations for our North American operations based in Perrysburg, United States, on a hybrid basis. This pivotal role will lead our IT infrastructure and operations program, ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and efficient IT services across the region.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practicesOversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, data centers and telecommunicationsManage IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and performanceEnsure compliance with IT security policies, industry regulations, and North American standardsDrive the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiencyCollaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business objectivesDevelop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plansMonitor and report on key performance indicators for IT operationsStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organizationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExtensive experience in IT operations management, with a proven track record of successDemonstrated experience in project management and budget oversightExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approachAdvanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organizationIn-depth understanding of North American IT regulations and compliance standardsAbility to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes and drive innovationExperience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and successful project implementationsExperience in a manufacturing or multi-site environmentAdditional InformationWhat we offer at O-I:
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is targeted to be between $111,090 - $138,860 USD. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
