Location: BayCare Systems Office - Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)

Shift: 8am - 5pm; Monday - Friday

The Manager IS PMO Portfolio:

Provides oversight for deployment of multi-phased/ complex system implementations including planning, change management, communication, resource management, testing, training, governance, budgeting, and delivering quality solutions. Supervises project managers and other IS team members and works closely with project sponsors and key executives to oversee the centralized management of the portfolio. Achieves organizational objectives related to implementation of successful projects. These projects may be located at the hospitals, clinics, outpatient locations or physician practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Profession (PgMP) or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP).Required Experience: 5 years Project Management and 2 years in a leadership role as defined to include BayCare leadership development classes, mentoring or team member development.Required Education: Bachelors - Related Field; Preferred - Masters - Related Field
