**What your responsibilities will be:**
Delivery of external reporting
1. Draft presentations and Q&A for quarterly and annual financial reporting, as well as financial materials and presentations for Capital Markets Day and Annual General Meeting
2. Manage the printed and online content of internal and external IR materials including the filings to the CNMV and the 20-F Form to be filled with the SEC.
3. Draft periodical financial reports, capital markets communications and regulatory announcements in collaboration with Grifols’ corporate communication, accounting and consolidation departments.
4. Maintain back-up documentation to support all IR deliverables as well as engage with all key business areas of the company to clearly structure the storytelling of Grifols to the capital markets.
Develop effective interactions with the sell-side analysts, both equity and debt
1. Drive initiation and coverage.
2. Maintain and manage consensus estimates.
3. Ensure analysts have a solid grasp of underlying hypotheses
4. Review brokers’ research, provide internal feedback on key publications and offer relevant updates to management
Drive and support on-going interactions with institutional investors
1. Design outreach initiatives to liaise with potential investors.
2. Document and analyze investor queries, behaviors and trading patterns.
3. Drive participation to corporate events, networking accordingly with brokers.
Monitor and analyze market activity
1. Track and monitor share-price developments, volumes and trading activities.
2. Closely track issues that might impact the sector and disseminate information internally when appropriate.
Support delivery of internal reporting
1. Manage the publication of a comprehensive IR report to keep management and sponsors abreast of IR initiatives.
2. Foster knowledge internally regarding Grifols’ status in equity markets.
Prepare and coordinate communication strategies regarding earnings releases and other events including Sustainability projects across the organization
1. Offer insights on structure and contents for the investor and analyst meeting.
2. Collaborate to streamline key external messages.
3. Cultivate fluid communications with corporate departments including the press office, corporate communications, planning and control, valuation, marketing and sales departments, public affairs and strategy office to ensure a coherent, one-voice policy.
4. Support the Secretary of the Board with proxy advisors, AGM-related activities and corporate governance reports. Actively participate in the annual

6. Support Grifols’ relationships with fixed income investors and rating agencies on annual basis and in any refinancing process.
**Who you are:**
Skills/Qualifications/Education Requirements: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. + You have a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar field
+ You bring 5+ years’ experience on finance, banking, audit or consulting.
+ You are native in Spanish and have a professional proficiency level in English.
+ Solid understanding of financial analysis, complex financial accounting issues, capital market and corporate finance.
+ Adept at working on project-based initiatives and under tight deadlines.
+ Experience in capital markets, corporate finance / investors relations and healthcare/pharmaceutical sector are a plus.
+ Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, strong analytical abilities and a high attention to details.
+ Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and generating dialogue and insights in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
+ A proactive, organized and confident personal and professional style.
+ Credibility to command respect on internal and external levels in a market-leading investment organization.
+ Capacity to represent the company at the highest level of client interaction, including the ability to articulate complex investment processes to diverse investment audiences.
+ Ability to drive results by establishing and achieving objectives within tight timeframes.
+ Capacity to operate independently while at the same time serving as a strong team player.
+ Ability to manage diverse priorities with excellent organizational skills.

**Flexibility for U Program:** Hybrid Model
**Flexible schedule:** Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
