Responsibilities: * Lead US international tax compliance and planning * Preparing Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8992, etc. * Managing foreign tax credit calculations * Supporting ASC 740 reporting and tax-efficient cash repatriation * Handling audits, M&A tax planning, and intercompany transactions * Provide tax cost analysis for restructurings and effective tax rate forecasts
