The role youll contribute:

The Manager of International Recruitment is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of AdventHealth's international clinical hiring efforts. This role oversees a team of international recruiters and coordinates the development and execution of candidate pipeline strategies while ensuring immigration timelines and hiring goals are achieved. Working closely with the Director of International Recruitment and Strategy, this leader ensures a high-quality candidate experience, drives recruiting performance, and collaborates with legal and immigration teams to ensure seamless and compliant hiring operations. The Manager is also responsible for maintaining communication with candidates during extended immigration processes, helping them stay engaged and aligned with AdventHealth's values and expectations.

The value youll bring to the team:

Team Management & Operational Leadership Lead and coach a team of international recruiters, coordinators, and support staff. Assign requisitions, manage workload, and monitor team performance metrics. Ensure recruiters follow consistent workflows, documentation standards, and candidate communication protocols.

Candidate Pipeline Oversight Oversee and manage the international candidate pipeline from offer acceptance through immigration clearance. Design and implement strategies to keep candidates engaged during immigration wait periods through virtual engagement, touchpoints, and preboarding programs. Partner with HR onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from immigration clearance to onboarding and deployment.

Recruitment Execution Coordinate recruitment efforts in alignment with hiring forecasts, immigration processing timelines, and clinical department needs. Support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified international clinical candidates. Track performance against hiring targets and take corrective actions when gaps arise.

Immigration Coordination Support Collaborate with AdventHealths in-house immigration attorney, external legal counsel, and immigration coordinators to track visa statuses, documentation progress, and compliance requirements. Ensure timely submission and follow-up on candidate immigration files and credentialing requirements. Maintain accurate tracking systems for immigration stages and candidate readiness.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Provide regular updates to the Director and HR partners regarding pipeline status, recruiter performance, and hiring outcomes. Participate in workforce planning meetings with clinical leaders and hiring managers to review recruitment capacity and timelines. Support development of dashboards and recruitment reports.

Program Engagement & Brand Alignment Reinforce AdventHealths values and cultural expectations with candidates throughout their journey. Collaborate with the TAP (Transcultural Assimilation Program) and education teams to prepare candidates for cultural and clinical integration. Represent the organization in international events as needed and ensure the candidate experience reflects AdventHealths mission.

Qualifications

The expertise and experience youll need to succeed :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in international or clinical recruitment.

2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience

Proven leadership skills in managing teams and driving recruitment performance.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and pipeline management tools.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Healthcare system or hospital-based recruitment experience

Familiarity with immigration categories such as H-1B, EB-3, TN, and licensing steps for internationally educated healthcare professionals

Experience managing long-cycle pipelines and pre-arrival engagement strategies

REGISTRATION, LICENSURE, OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED:

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or equivalent professional certification
